These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExpoCut mobile application (the "App") and the website expocut.com (the "Website"), operated by ExpoTechIn ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using ExpoCut, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
ExpoCut is a mobile video editing application that provides the following features:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device for your personal or commercial video editing purposes.

You retain full ownership of all videos, images, audio, and other content that you create, import, or edit using ExpoCut ("User Content"). We do not claim any rights over your User Content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring that:
All User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your projects or media on our servers. You are responsible for backing up your own content.
The App provides access to stock photos and videos through the Pexels API. Use of Pexels content is governed by the Pexels License. Pexels content is free for personal and commercial use, but you should review their license for specific terms regarding attribution and prohibited uses.
The App provides access to audio and sound effects through the Freesound API. Audio content on Freesound is published under various Creative Commons licenses. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the specific license of each sound you use. Visit Freesound Licenses for details.
The App allows downloading media from URLs, including links from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and SoundCloud. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide regarding the beta version may be used by us to improve the App without any obligation or compensation to you.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, presets (filters, effects, transitions, lower thirds), and documentation, is the intellectual property of ExpoTechIn and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The ExpoCut name, logo, and branding are trademarks of ExpoTechIn.
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
We do not guarantee any specific results from using the App. Video quality, export speed, and feature availability may vary based on your device's hardware, operating system, and available storage.
We do not warrant the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content provided by Pexels, Freesound, or any third-party platform accessed through URL downloads.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPOTECHIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExpoTechIn, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9, and 10) will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
