Do I need an account to use ExpoCut?
No. You can install, subscribe, and restore App Store purchases without an ExpoCut account. Email verification is optional and is used only when you choose account, support, or eligible cross-platform features.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are purchased and auto-renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details — the store handles payment. Manage or cancel any time from your device's subscription settings.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling turns off auto-renew. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — nothing is cut off early. When it finally expires, your account returns to Free.
Can I switch plans or billing periods?
Yes. Change tiers or switch between monthly, annual and lifetime billing from the in-app paywall or your store subscription settings.
Refunds?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies — on Google Play you can ask Google within about 48 hours of a purchase, on iOS you ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the license is removed from your devices. Full details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do promotional codes work?
On iPhone and iPad, use an Apple Offer Code through Apple's redemption flow; eligibility and resulting access are verified by the App Store. ExpoCut-issued license or referral codes do not unlock paid iOS features. Separately identified Android promotions may use Google Play or Android-only mechanisms.
Is my video private?
Always. All editing, effects and AI run on your device — your media never uploads to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for the account and subscription details.
